I'm aware of two side bets calling themselves Perfect Pair or Perfect Pairs. I'll divide them into a version 1 and version 2.
Version 1
Version 1 goes by the plural name Perfect Pairs. It may be found in casinos in Australia, Macau, and London. It pays if the player's first two cards are a pair. The following table shows the specifics. A 'perfect pair' is two identical cards (like two ace of spades). A 'colored pair' is two cards of the same rank and color (like the ace of spades and ace of clubs). There are four pay tables that I am aware of, which are referred to as A to D below. Version 2

Despite the singular title, it pays for one or two Perfect Pairs. A Perfect Pair is defined by the player's or dealer's initial two cards matching in both rank and suit.

Introduction
Version 2 of the Perfect Pair side bet wins if either the Player or Banker hand have an identical pair, in both rank and suit, in the first two cards. Unlike version 1, the win is greater of both the Player and Banker hands have a Perfect Pair. This bet can be found at Internet casinos using live dealer software by Evolution Gaming.
Rules
- Baccarat is generally played with eight decks, but sometimes six.
- The Perfect Pairs bet shall win if at least one hand, between the Player and Banker, form a 'perfect pair' in the first two cards dealt to that hand. A 'perfect pair' is two identical cards, in both rank and suit.
- If one, but not both, hands have a Perfect Pair, then the bet shall pay 25 to 1. If both hands form a Perfect Pair, then the bet shall pay 250 to 1.
